Can you identify a relay?

Just acquired this car, 1975 Jubilee and I'm having trouble identifying a relay, can you help please. It's in the engine bay bolted to the offside inner wing next to the fuse box. There is two there, one either side of the fuse box. The right hand one I think is the starter relay but I don't know what the other one is for. Any help is appreciated.
