Damper oil.

Evening all. Am looking to replace the rear springs once funds allow but clearly I need to ensure everything else is good. The shock absorbers appear to be able to have their fluid/oil topped up or changed but I can't find what to use. On the net people seem to mention fork oil or even hydraulic jack oil. Any recommendations ?

Hi ... SAE 20 (Fork oil)
If it ain't broken don't try to fix it as if you do it will definitely break
