Jubilee for Sale in Classic Car Weekly

I have started buying CCW on a regular basis. Scanning through the adverts there is a Jubilee for sale down in Sussex, it has had a recent engine change which has 150 miles on it.
Any idea if it is a member's car?

Car for sale on ebay. Seller says it is a Golden Jubilee edition, but clearly not.
