If you don't mind me asking Nellie, but how much did that lot cost in the end?:)

Hi Phil,

Well, it wasn't cheap. My idea was that if I was going to do it, to do it all at the same time and only do it once, from what I can see and gather from the history file / receipts the suspension is now 30 year old and the rear is definitely suspect.

Costs, not to the penny:

Front incl. Shocks, springs, mounting kits, castor kit, 3/4 anti roll bar, bushes, etc worked out @ £375

Rear incl. Shocks, springs, mounting kits, lowering kit, shackle kit, link arms, axle straps, pedestals, full car bush kit etc worked out @ £450

Fuel tank incl. seals and fitting kit @ £100

Battery box @ £40

Shipping extra

Moss have now put me on a "discount" rate, dunno how much yet

Cheers

Col

It'll be so worth the time in the Garage getting it all done and sorted. When you get her out and driving again, you will have transformed the handling.

Can't wait for the updates on the rebuild!

Thanks for the price listing Nellie, blimey, bit out of my league at the mo, but it's definately food for thought. I think you've done it the right way, all done, all at the same time and a big difference to the ride. Good luck with the build.:)
