LED Bulbs in dash

PreviousPage 2 of 3Next

Hi
You said that you used a smaller light type to replace the bulbs in the switches and indicator/beam dash lights. Can you tell us what they were please?
Chris

I've not done the rocker switches yet as I've not found any small enough but used these for the indicators etc

Or try Maplin?

I'm not sure as I don't know the actual type of the bulb needed in LED sizes, I know it's a GLB921, I might have to use the very small square LEDS and hand solder them. The ones used so far are:

After find some heavily melted earth wires in the boot. Mega EEEEK! I've been doing some tinkering with the rear lights. Soldered earths to the lamp units and I've also fitted led reverse lamps, led number plate bulbs and an led rear interior light.

One of my old Triumphs. every thing was double earthed.

I think I'll be going down a similar route. The rear boot latch is more like a spider now 😀

But, where can we buy ba7 led bulbs. I have been looking ever since this list was published on here. 😉

Search for ba7 led on ebay 🙂

Thank you, found them this time! B)
