Due to health & safety reasons the hall loading doors will close promptly at the above specified hours. Any vehicles that arrive after the opening of the show will be directed to the overspill car park instead of their stand. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

All Exhibition stands will need to be cleared by 20:00hrs on Sunday 10^th February. This includes all stock, display materials, exhibiting vehicles and rubbish. Any exhibitor, their goods and/or vehicles not clear of the showground by this time are liable for an overrun charge incurred.

 

 

 

Public opening times:             Sunday 10^th February:                         09:30hrs – 16:00hrs

 

 

 

Exhibitors are respectfully reminded that they must stay in position until the show closes so that no discourtesy may be shown to any last minute visitors to the show, no dismantling of any displays or exhibits may be commenced before 16:00hrs on Sunday 10^th February.

I got the tickets passes e.t.c yesterday & I will put them in the post Tomorrow along with any other info you may need.

The set up time on Sunday 10 Feb is 07.00 to 09.00. Please be in before 09.00 as the will close the doors and they will not let you in.

The show times are 09.30 to 16.00 and we will leave asp.

The post code they have given is CV8 2LG.  I will be using the post code of CV8 2LH which is the main entrance on Stoneleigh Road on the B4113.
